GENERAL INFORMATION
:

  1. ID badges will be provided to registered delegates and exhibitors. These badges must be worn at all times for admission to sessions and luncheons.
  2. Participants may make changes online at any time by acessing their ENFORM PSCB 2014 Registration Profile. The EDIT/CHANGE icon can be found in your email confirmation.
  3. Substitutions - An alternate attendee name may be substituted if you are unable to attend the Conference by using the EDIT/CHANGE function in your profile and substituting the relevant information. The EDIT/CHANGE icon can be found in your email confirmation. Any changes requiring assistance from ENFORM PSCB 2014 Secretariat are subject to a $60.00 CAD (+ 5% GST) administrative fee.
  4. Cancellation & Refund Policy — All ENFORM PSCB 2014 registration and social event fees are subject to the following conditions: Cancellations and/or modifications must be submitted in writing to the ENFORM PSCB 2014 Secretariat at enformpscreg@mci-group.com. Notifications received by 5:00 PM PT April 7, 2014 will be granted a refund less a $60.00 CAD (+5% GST) administration fee and a $75.00 CAD (+5% GST) cancellation fee, per registration. Notifications received after 5:00 PM PT April 7, 2014 are 100% non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual. Approved refunds will be processed and issued no later than May 31, 2014. 
  5. All sessions and events held at The Banff Centre are non-smoking.
  6. Audio recording, videotaping and photography are not permitted.
  7. Hospitality Suites and individual corporate functions should be scheduled outside conference hours. The Banff Centre has a variety of function rooms available, many with spectacular views.
  8. Enform reserves the right to change the schedule and fees without prior notice.

Payment:
All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Our secure server will process MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as MCI. Please note, there is an additional Offline Payment Processing Fee of $50.00 CAD (+ 5% GST), to be added to Cheque & Wire Transfer payments.
