2010 Enform Petroleum Safety Conference a success!

Thanks to the more than 1,000 delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and volunteers who gathered in the scenic town of Banff, Alberta May 3-6 for the 59th annual Enform Petroleum Safety Conference. The event promoted leadership in health and safety within the oil and gas industry and provided a forum for professional and supplier networking.

The theme of this year’s conference was Leadership: The Business of Safety. “Our goal was to design a program that would cultivate leadership and increase the awareness of safety issues and how to manage them effectively,” said Lloyd Harman, Enform’s Vice President of Safety Services. “With the help of our Program Advisory Committee, comprised of trade association and industry representatives, and based on initial feedback from our delegates, we believe we succeeded in doing just that.”

Next year’s 60th anniversary event will take place in Banff during the week of May 2, 2011. Stay tuned for more information!
